1. PAYMENT POLICY:

You can make reservations with us by advising us of your acceptance of the tour and travel dates. We would immediately proceed to make tentative bookings. All services would be kept on a confirmed basis only on receipt of 50% advance payment. The remaining payment has to be made a minimum of 03 days before the date of arrival. Failing to make full payment before the commencement of the tour will violate the terms and the package shall be canceled without any refunds.

NOTE:

50% payment at the time of booking is mandatory for confirmation of all servicesBalance payment has to be paid before the commencement of the tour.Hotel/Cruise confirmation is subject to advance payment only.

GST @ 5% is included.

Payment gateway charges as applicable will be charged for payments through Credit/Debit Card or Online payment.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The applicable cancellation charges are as per the published cancellation policy below:

2.1. Cancellation charges per person

2.1.1. Prior to 45 days or more before the date of arrival in Andaman: Rs.1000 per person

2.1.2. Between 44-31 days to the date of arrival in Andaman: 30% of tour cost

2.1.3. Between 30-11 days to the date of arrival in Andaman: 50% of the tour cost

2.1.4. 10 days or less to the date of arrival in Andaman: 70% of tour cost

2.1.5. No refund will be issued for any cancellations of bookings between 15 December to 15 January once we received advance payment.

2.1.6. The above may vary based on any specific cancellation charges as charged by the third-party service provider.

2.1.7. No refund for bookings of Sea Shell group of Hotels/ Coral Reef Resort / Barefoot / Munjoh Resort / Taj Exotica once we received the advance payment.

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

3.1. Peak Season Surcharge: Peak season surcharge charged by the hotels and cruise providers from 15 Dec to 15 Jan will be charged extra. Any mandatory gala dinner charges by hotels for Christmas or New Year's Eve have to be paid extra.

3.2. Hotels once confirmed cannot be changed. Guests are requested to check the reviews, pictures, and hotel websites before confirmation and advise any change before booking.

3.3. Hotels permit only 3 people in a room. (Children below 5 yrs are complimentary). For an extra Adult / Child, an extra mattress shall be provided. Children above 5 yrs shall be charged fully. The request for an adjacent or adjoining room will be subject to availability.

3.4. The checkout time of the hotel is 8 am, stay beyond the checkout time is purely at the discretion of the hotel. (There may be a time gap between check-out and ferry timings in Havelock, guests are advised to leave their luggage in the hotel and venture out for some optional activity till the ferry timing). For early check-in and late check-out, the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.

3.5. The number of meals is always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival. The cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions (eg. Spa, Bar, Scuba diving, etc) is to be settled directly at the hotel or with the concerned vendor.

3.6. The operator reserves the right to re-arrange the itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of nights in each destination and without compromising any services.

3.7. Ferry timings are subject to change at the government's discretion, and we assume no liability for disruption in the tour owing to delay in reporting to the ferry point, climatic conditions, or any such events beyond our control. Although we will do our best to implement your itinerary to the fullest and provide you with commensurate backup options, the cost of the same will need to be borne by the guest.

3.8. The tour guide reserves the right to make changes/detours or omit any place of visit if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, road blockage, or security reason.

3.9. Andaman is a very peaceful place and the people here are very polite. Rude and objectionable language with staff and drivers is considered offensive. For any clarification during your tour please contact the tour manager.

3.10. It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children and infants (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. A child without age proof shall be considered for an adult cost.

4. FORCE MAJEURE CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (Pandemic diseases, natural calamities, flight or cruise cancellations, political/communal disturbances, cyclones, etc) will be refunded as per our cancellation policy.

Our liability will be restricted only to the services provided by Heaven Andaman. For hotels & cruises, we shall refund only the actual amount as refunded by the hotel and cruise. Under no circumstances shall Heaven Andaman be liable for a 100% refund in Force Majeure Cancellations.
